Three million people are expected to enter the United States illegally this year, the vast majority from Mexico, so I guess they'll need to make more of these signs.

Do they count the number of people who leave the country illegally? Do they count any of the people who leave? I wonder why not.
Good question, now I am wondering the same thing, however I'd be surprised if it is more than enter, but who knows. I'll try to find out.
whenever i see those signs on the 5 freeway around san diego, my stomach does a weird flip flop. the thing that really sucks though, is that people do run across the freeways. paz, cindylu.
